To maintain continuing high performance and reliability of your system it is essential to provide a preventative maintenance program. With all new installations from Pinnock services, unlike some other installers, the maintenance of your new system is free for one year. We do however offer extensive maintenance contracts for those clients who require it. These can be tailored to your system and budget as required.
Pinnock services have an established system for call out which can offer various options to match the support requirements of our customers.

Clients choosing a call-out contract with us will automatically be entitled to an emergency call-out facility.
All new systems installed by Pinnock Services will include full training for operators and their respective management. As a provider of large systems for many years, we have a proven and effective training program. We can give detailed training on all aspects of the equipment that we supply, and will provide manuals and training documentation as required. Training can be tailored to the needs of operators, as new technology can appear complex and daunting until familiar. Training can be arranged for existing systems if required. New staff may require training on previously installed equipment, or if documentation of existing systems is no longer available.
